DESCRIPTION
PICnet is an energetic, innovative software firm focused squarely on enabling organizations to be more effective in their online fundraising and engagement with our Soapbox Engage (www.soapboxengage.com) product. As we continue to grow our impact in the Salesforce non-profit community, we’re looking to grow our account executive team to keep up with the inbound sales leads filling our funnel. This role works with prospects that have already engaged with us through one of our marketing channels, and provides further education to help prospects make smart buying decisions. Our goal is to deliver high-touch, outstanding service our community before the sale, during the sale, and long-after the sale.
Individuals that will be successful in this role absolutely love talking on the phone, uncovering opportunities to increase efficiencies within non-profits, and are fanatical about follow-up and fast response times.
Responsibilities
Executing on the company’s business development strategy, and providing new insight
Working with our team to update and produce relevant sales materials
Delivering demos and providing answers to prospect questions
Closing deals
Skills and Experience
Minimum of entry-level business development experience
Understanding of Web technology services
Connections in the non-profit sector is strongly preferred
