Problem
The Foundation has increasing funding needs with program growth. We have new programs that are launched and requests from the SAB already to do more. An aggressive approach is needed to meet these needs. We request execution on this immediately to meet upcoming activities.
Solution
Employ a full time person who will write a 3-5 year development plan and execute on it.
Work with the Executive Director, administrator, volunteers and board to increase fundraising for the foundation.
Provide a multi facetted development approach to include but not limited to grant writing, special events, crowd funding, major donor procurement.
Remote position.
Subject to review after a 6 month period.
Project Outline
Phase One
Develop a 3-5 year development plan
Phase Two
Be involved in upcoming event planning, challenge grants, etc.
Phase Three
Grant writing and employing new marketing and development strategies.
Evaluation
The Administrator and Fundraising Professional will work with and be evaluated by the Executive Director who will then report to the board during regular meetings. There will be regular due dates, funding goals and regular assessment of the progress.
