Case Manager – Tenderloin Housing Clinic – San Francisco, CA

THC’s Support Services Department is growing!

We’re looking for compassionate Case Managers who are ready to make a difference in the lives of low-income adults living in the Tenderloin. Tenderloin Housing Clinic follows a “Housing First” model. Our Case Managers play a critical role in keeping tenants housed by working on-site directly with tenants, many of whom are dually-diagnosed.

As a THC Case Manager you will have a dedicated office at one of our Single Resident Occupancy (SRO) hotels with an assigned caseload of 60-90 tenants. A typical work schedule for a full-time Case Manager is Monday — Friday 9:00am — 5:00pm.

The Support Services Staff provides the following services: • Intake & Assessment • Case Management • Benefits Advocacy • Community Referrals • Mediation with Property Management • Conflict Resolution • Support Groups • Social Events • Organized Tenant Activities • Wellness Checks

REQUIREMENTS*: A successful candidate will have either:

• BA/BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience working with diverse, low-income, homeless or formerly homeless population. OR • 2 years’ verifiable experience providing case management services to homeless or formerly homeless population without a BA/BS.
