The Management Associate position at A Wider Circle provides that opportunity. Our staff size has nearly doubled in the past two years and we are not going to stop any time soon. In fact, the demand for our services is skyrocketing and the number of volunteers coming to help is growing just as fast. We have also begun initiatives that focus on national awareness-creation and greater community engagement.

The Management Associate position is one that helps manage all of this growth. It includes equal parts outreach and development, administrative and leadership support, and strategic planning and evaluation. You will help strengthen our infrastructure and grow our national outreach.
