POSITION SUMMARY: Working with the CEO and Development Director, this position is responsible for the creation and coordination of the Communications Plan. This includes writing, providing editorial support, and print layout of all communications materials for Friends of Youth. Ensures communications are coordinated across all stakeholders and audiences and meets legal, regulatory, and/or accreditation requirements, while strengthening the Friends of Youth brand in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

B.A. in Political Science, Communications, Nonprofit Management or related degree.
Two years’ experience in communications.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a web content application.
Valid Washington State driver’s license, car insurance and reliable vehicle.
