Reports To: CEO
Hours: 9am – 5pm; must be flexible to work before and after hours as needed, specifically around events
Basic Function: Implement and Manage the TSTT Program in the assigned region
General Requirements:
Excellent oral, written, organization, management, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Person must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks, be a self-starter, work extra hours, able to work independently and with a team. Strength in leaderships, problem solving. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of TSTT partnering organizations. Accessibility to an automobile, interstate and intrastate travel are required.
Essential Duties
Assist school district adminstrators and teachers with the recruitment and selection of prospective students
Conduct essential training workshops for high school and college students, teachers, mentors, and parents
Act as a liaison between school districts, students, participating colleges/universities, and TSTT Headquarters
Assist in marketing the program to new school district and college partners and other constituents
Coordinate and plan program events as outlined
Establish Regional Advisory Council and conduct quarterly meetings
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, required; Master’s Degree, preferred
Work Experience: Administrative experience in public education and higher education with a concentration in program management
Experience working with youth, counseling education (public or private) in a non-profit and/or corporate setting, a plus
Transportation: Access to reliable transportation (car), required
