We are working with some of the top nonprofits in the city. We currently have an excellent opportunity for Administrative Assistant with a foundation in midtown.
The right candidate needs to have about 3+ years of experience as an assistant with a nonprofit, if the person has assisted development that would be great.
The day to day will be as follows:
-Manage the calendar of the Events team.
– Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, handling all correspondences, scheduling meetings.
– Person will have to be comfortable working within a fundraising database, simple entering of donors from time to time.
There are many other tasks and great upside to this role. The salary when perm should be $45-50k, on the temp basis falling between $17-20 an hour.
