Administrative Assistant – Gloucester – Imagine Philanthropy

Imagine Philanthropy is a consulting firm working with philanthropists, family foundations, and other small and medium enterprises on planning, leadership development, and capacity building. We are in the process of developing print material from written and typed materials. To support these efforts, we are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to offer writing, project organizing and administrative support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant will be expected to provide assistance in the planning and organization of programs, including;

Producing, formatting and editing materials;
Performing related office tasks such as calendar management and phone coverage,
Composes correspondence requiring some understanding of technical matters
Process client enrollment and paperwork
Maintain records on action items and follow up to ensure timely reply and/or action

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
We have high expectations for each team member and their contributions to the organization’s mission. We seek a person who is a self-starter and has strong work skills and a friendly, flexible attitude. The ideal candidate has experience with project management, production of curriculums and marketing materials, and can use of all Microsoft products. Other key qualifications;

Follow oral and written directions, assignments and guidance
Carry out assignments through completion
Conceptualize, assemble, organize, analyze and problem solve issues
Work independently and as part of a team
Effectively manage time and workload and meet deadlines
Be flexible and able to work with a variety of topics and tasks
Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

This will be a paid position for up to 15 hours/week with offering of $20/hour depending on experience. The position will need to spend at least one day/week in the office in Gloucester.
