The Development Assistant will assist the Assistant Minister overseeing the Stewarship Ministry. The Stewardship Ministry is responsible for working with major donors and creating a community of committed donors for the financial support of Unity on the Bay programs.

Some areas which will be learned and executed include but are not limited to:

– Business Directory and internal Business Chamber with Ad Sales.

– Major donors development

– Legacy Giving and creation of a Society of Legacy Donors

– Donor engagement and appreciation

– Special donor events

Qualifications

– High School Diploma and some college

– Non-profit experience

– Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills

– Team player and self-motivator
