Job description
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and property management team in achieving organizational goals and objectives. Works on independent projects and exercises major discretion while handling materials of a sensitive and complex nature.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and two years experience in a related field. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and prioritize and take initiative. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word (using style, graphics, tables, and templates), proficiency in Microsoft Excel (using formulas, formats, and charts), and basic PowerPoint skills are required. Ability to create reports using these applications is necessary. Knowledge of centralized data management systems and tracking software such as Jack Jaffa Building Violations Tracking Software, Strata, Yardi Voyager, a plus.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Vice President of Strategic Initiatives in fulfilling management responsibilities and oversight of organization’s portfolio.
Manage day-today office operations to support and enhance the infrastructure of the office.
Manage complex database systems, data collection and compliance reporting.
Coordinate information flow to include routing of issues to appropriate persons and resolving problems as authorized by the supervisor.
Perform other related duties as requested.

Supervisor is well-supported and assisted.
Office operations are well-maintained including equipment, supplies, and meeting schedules.
Data collection and reports are on time and accurate.
Problems are resolved appropriately and communications are effective.
Related tasks are performed completely, on time and accurately.
