Mobile Schedule Administrator – Bloodworks Northwest – Renton, WA

Bloodworks Northwest is recruiting for a self-motivated individual to join a team that ensures an adequate supply of blood supply through the scheduling of resources for blood drives throughout the region. Primary responsibilities include: • Collaborate with Blood Collection Services and Donor Group Recruitment teams to create a mobile schedule that uses staff resources and equipment effectively and geographically • Prepare, resource, and manage a mobile schedule for 20 mobile teams across 9 distinct regions that service 4,500 blood drives each year • Communicate schedule changes to different groups within Bloodworks Northwest to ensure effective communications and maximize distribution of information to all stakeholders • Actively review schedule to identify errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve scheduling practices • Communicate daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals to ensure an adequate number of drives are scheduled to provide a stable blood supply and achieve projected goals • Actively participate in special projects and activities as assigned and other duties as required or requested

Requirements include: • Minimum of two year of demonstrated administrative project management with emphasis in logistics, attention to details, multiple shifting priorities, planning and organizing skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent related work experience • Database managing experience preferred and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required • Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills (diplomatic and effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; group presentation and facilitation skills; effective influence skills) • Demonstrated skills in process improvement

Position will be based out of our Renton Center. Minorities are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position. Salary Range $18.99 – $24.21 – $ 29.43 per hour DOE/DOQ.
