Program Assistant – Guilford – Women and Family Life Center

Job description
The Program Assistant supports all aspects of the Women & Family Life Center programs with a focus on marketing, electronic communications, social media and maintaining administrative systems. The Program Assistant reports to the Program Director. This is a part-time position (24-30 hours per week).

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing & Outreach
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials via social media and other advertising outlets.
Maintain and update W&FL website under direction of Program Director
Manage W&FL Facebook page with daily posts
Maintain marketing calendar, updating with input from Program Director/Office Manager/Dev. Dir.
Draft and schedule monthly electronic newsletter
Update online calendars with updated program information
Maintain Constant Contact distribution lists, ensuring new participants and donors are added monthly

Data Management
Input data for programs/fundraising; generate thank you/confirmation letters/emails
Provide CRM support for mailings and appeals
Pull monthly development reports for BOD and other reports as needed
Assist with event logistics related to registration, data management, attendee data
Maintain program attendance binders and call data

Office Systems
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
Maintain program spaces
Collect and distribute mail
Prepare deposit records

Other Duties:
Work with all W&FL staff and volunteers to maintain a positive, clean and organized office environment.
Respond to inquiries by current and potential participants about programs.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
