Job description

The Administrative Support Assistant serves as the
assistant on administrative matters for the Board of Directors, Consortium,
Committees, CEO and other departments. Manages preparations for Board meetings and other board functions including one-stop certification. Provides specific support for the CEO including scheduling of appointments and meetings, assisting with travel arrangements and preparation of select administrative projects and correspondence. Prepares reports and correspondence for press releases and other publications. Coordinates PacMtn events, functions, and meetings. This position will assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to streamline office functionality and the conduct of specific work and agency projects.
