Job Responsibilities:
Greet, assist, and direct visitors either in person or over the phone
Produce and regularly update LACI employee and LKIC company directories
Maintain building security by following reception procedures, monitoring reception logbook, and issuing visitor badges
Operate office telecommunication system by following manufacturers’ instructions for office phone system
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying and updating all procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs utilizing internal LACI CRM and other tracking systems
Work within a team environment to accomplish collective goals, including community engagement
Manage office supplies, supply re-ordering and amenities such as the fresh coffee
Oversee LKIC’s conference room schedule for meetings and events, including booking and preparing conference rooms
Job Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent telephone, verbal communication, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based programs (such as online schedulers)
Detail-oriented and able to accurately follow instructions, maintain a professional demeanor, and focus on guest services
Associate Degree Preferred
