Application Developer – Compass Housing Alliance – Seattle, WA

POSITION: This position is responsible for custom application development and maintenance following industry best practices to address the data collection and reporting needs of the organization. The Application Developer is expected to produce custom application solutions by working closely with the IT Director and stakeholders throughout all phases of the software development life-cycle. Along with custom application(s), this position will partner with stakeholders to improve and standardize data collection processes and recommend/implement changes as directed. They will also work with stakeholder(s) to address organizational data reporting and metrics. This person will be expected to take a lead role in the areas of requirements gathering, industry best practices, architecture and software development methodology.

STATUS: Full Time, Exempt (100% FTE)

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and on call rotation

SALARY: DOE and within Compass ranges

LOCATION: Based out of Compass on Dexter in South Lake Union Seattle, with travel to other sites
