Computer/Application Support Specialist

Ryther’s Sub-Acute Residential Treatment Program provides a hospital step-down or hospital alternative for children ages 6-14 requiring a short-term, highly structured and safe living arrangement.

We are seeking a Computer/Application Support Specialist to contribute to the therapeutic milieu through attention and care to the technological environment. This person will be part of the 4-person team responsible for providing technical assistance throughout our 8-building campus.

Primary duties include:

Help oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
Provide employee training for EHR system.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

AA degree or higher. IS experience and related training and certification preferred.

This is a Full Time position with an excellent comprehensive benefit package, including medical & dental for employees. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.
