MEET is an innovative organization based in Jerusalem that brings together the most promising Palestinian and Israeli young leaders to create positive social and political change through technology and entrepreneurship, in partnership with MIT. President Obama recently named MEET as “an example of how innovation is reshaping the Middle East.” The MEET team is based in the Middle East, with a Creative Director representing the organization in the US. You can see more in WIRED,Fast Company, or a beautiful 3-min video from alumni made after last summer’s conflict in Gaza.
MEET is at an exciting stage of growth and we are looking for a 75% time to full-time Creative Director to join our team and take MEET’s resource development (RD) to the next level. The Creative Director will be part of the RD team and will work directly with the CEO and board to:
design and organize creative events to engage and grow MEET’s community in the US and Middle East, raising brand awareness and resources for the organization
cultivate new donors and networks and develop meaningful ways to engage in MEET
collaborate remotely with the Jerusalem-based RD team to tell the stories of MEET’s students and alumni in events and communications
The position will be 75% to full-time with competitive pay and based in San Francisco with some travel to the East Coast and 1-2x/year to Jerusalem.
