Oliver Scholars is a nonprofit organization committed to preparing high-achieving, low-income, students of color for success at top independent schools and colleges. For over 30 years, Oliver has enabled students to attend the nation’s top secondary schools and preeminent institutions of higher learning.

Oliver Scholars seeks a Database Coordinator to assist with the management of student records. The Database Coordinator will serve as a liaison between Oliver staff and our database provider, oversee the roll-out of a new database, train staff members on the use of the database, and input data on a timely basis.

Reports to: TBD

Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between Oliver staff and our database provider
Oversee the roll-out of a new database
Train and support staff members on the use of the database
Input data on a timely basis
Maintain integrity of data
Provide data reports as requested
Export and migrate data from student database to fundraising database

Qualifications
Familiarity with Filemaker
3-5 years experience in database management
Commitment to the mission of Oliver Scholars
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
