Incitement Design, a boutique creative agency, focused on progressive politics, social change and the arts, is seeking two full-time graphic designers to start between mid-June and August 1.

Because the positions will begin during Incitement’s busy political season, we are also open to the possibility of a short-term contract, which would conclude November 1, but we are ideally looking for candidates that can remain with us for the long term. We will ideally fill one junior and one senior level position.

Incitement is highly creative environment with a wide diversity of clients, projects and styles. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, employing illustration and cutting-edge design in our projects.

Incitement offers a progressive work environment, with 5 weeks paid vacation to start for full-time employees, 35 hour average work weeks, and an above market rate salary with the possibility of profit-sharing. During our busy political season, hours are often longer, but overtime hours are tracked and will count towards time off during our less busy times of the year. Short-term contractors will be paid hourly.

We are based at the Center for Social Innovation, a friendly and social co-working space in Chelsea, that serves as a home for socially conscious companies and organizations.
