The Program Manager position with the QuestBridge Partner Relations team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a far-reaching entrepreneurial social venture.

The Program Manager will report to the Director of Partner Relations and will be a key member of the team focused on supporting the colleges who partner with Quest to offer educational opportunities to outstanding low-income students. This position provides an opportunity for talented, socially-conscious individuals to challenge themselves while advancing a groundbreaking social mission.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Play a leading role in the planning and execution of the team’s participation in Quest’s programs.
Drive efforts to improve the team’s programs and operations.
Manage team programs and initiatives with the Director.
Build close and sustainable working relationships with admissions professionals at our partner institutions across the country. Develop an understanding and give support to individual partner colleges for implementing the QuestBridge program on their campuses.
Oversee the internal application reading process for QuestBridge’s programs.
Analyze data trends to better understand our applicant pool, outcomes and profiles that interest our partner colleges.
Use Microsoft Excel to catalog and organize student data and share it with partner colleges.
Plan partner colleges’ participation in QuestBridge events, including collaborative meetings and conferences.
Collaborate with the entire QuestBridge staff to enhance and strengthen the outcomes of individual students’ long-term experiences on each campus.
Attend and staff our three college admissions conferences (one locally and two at partner colleges across the country) and liaison retreat.
Participate in educating students about the college admissions and financial aid processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of full-time professional experience.
Passion for and knowledge of issues in education, ideally relating to access to higher education.
Knowledge of highly selective college admissions and financial aid processes.
Demonstrated success overseeing complex programs while working with key managers and outside constituents.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
Microsoft Excel proficiency, including experience using pivot tables and other advanced features.
Strong comfort with technology and data, with the ability to evaluate and improve current operations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Sensitivity to students from diverse backgrounds and a strong track record of handling sensitive personal information and situations.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in relevant field.
Experience managing others.
Work experience in college admissions and/or financial aid.
HTML proficiency.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of statistical analysis.
