POSITION: Provides intervention, recovery support, treatment referral and trauma informed care for all program participants in this transitional program serving homeless veterans. Assists in the development of individual goal plans, in collaboration with case managers. Provides education, support and guidance to staff in matters of addiction, recovery, treatment referral, and trauma-informed care.
PROGRAM: Shoreline Veterans Center provides transitional housing, case management and recovery supports for 25 homeless veterans. The center’s computer lab is a resource used by residents in their applications for benefits, job search and accessing resources online. As a low demand VA Grant Per Diem program, Shoreline Veterans Center serves veterans with complex behavioral health needs, with a goal of supporting their successful transition to permanent and stable housing.

HOURS: 40 Hours per Week
SCHEDULE: 7am-3:30pm on Friday and Saturday; 2-10pm on Sunday and Monday; 12-8:30pm on Thursday
