Salesforce System Administrator – The HOPE Program – Brooklyn, NY

The position: HOPE is seeking a talented, energetic, experienced and dynamic Salesforce System Administrator. This position reports to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer and will be responsible for overseeing and managing Salesforce for HOPE and SSBx, a division of The HOPE Program. Essential Functions

Maintain HOPE’s current Salesforce functionality to adequately serve staff’s data collection and reporting needs
Supervise quality of Salesforce data entry
Assist staff in creating new reports and modify existing reports in Salesforce to meet new needs
Produce timely reports for HOPE staff using Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office Excel and Access software, including Enrollment, End-of-cycle reports, and Scorecards
Respond to requests for Salesforce data and produce analytical reports as needed
Utilize Salesforce to communicate successful outcomes through presentations and visual tools
Work with grantors and external entities to facilitate data and evaluation related activities including comparison of outcomes and collection of data through new and customized fields
Partnership with Program Directors to oversee timely and accurate data collection and data entry
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: Passion for HOPE’s mission. Bachelor’s Degree. Experience with Salesforce. Exceptional attention to detail is required. Knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Access is helpful. Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Salary/Benefits:Salary is dependent upon experience. We provide a competitive vacation plan including personal and bonus days. The office is closed for 12 holidays and 1/2 day Fridays during summer.
