Cooperative Elder Services, Inc., founded in 1979, is a private, non-profit Adult Day Health and Memory Care organization committed to providing care to low-income and at-risk adults with disabilities and elders. CESI operates five programs, which serve over 650 participants and their caregivers, from 58 towns and cities in the greater Boston area.

CESI’s Arlington program is seeking a Service Coordinator. This position provides service coordination, including, but not limited to:

processing intakes and admissions
obtaining service authorizations
completing all regulatory documentation
case management
community outreach

This is a part time, 32 hours per week, position. Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare, or a related field. Previous experience working with adults in a professional capacity, and knowledge of elder services preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
