This is an incredible opportunity to be the Academic Director for the Cincinnati Squash Academy (CSA). The CSA is an up and coming non-profit entering its second year that is based upon a nationally recognized and successful model called urban squash. An urban squash program, such as CSA, is an after-school athletic and academic program that enrolls low-income, at risk students year-round with the mission of helping them to and through college. We use the sport of squash, rigorous academic enrichment, community service, and cultural exposure to develop our student-athletes into future leaders.

We are seeking an independently driven, socially minded individual to direct the academic portion of our program. Salary will range from $35,000-$40,000 depending on skill and experience. Backgrounds working in low-income urban environments or as a teacher are preferred.
