The Coordinator, Affiliate Relations serves as the communications liaison and statistics manager for the CSC Affiliate network as well as the general assistant to the SVP Affiliate Relations and other staff members working with CSC Affiliates.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, manage and execute large & small-scale HQ sponsored Affiliate meetings, events and activities as assigned

Manage fully the ADAPT Affiliate Database of program and financial statistical data
Perform complex calculations using MS Excel and complex spreadsheet manipulation to extract mean, median, mode and other slices of data out of ADAPT
Assist in managing the Affiliate Continuous Quality Improvement program; a CSC headquarters initiative to ensure Affiliate viability and sustainability
Compile, edit and distribute monthly e-newsletter comprised of headquarters updates to Affiliate network
Organize, take minutes, and participate in numerous Affiliate committee calls
Mass-communicate with a diverse Affiliate network
Think proactively and take action as needed when conflicts arise
Assist SVP Affiliate Relations and Strategic Growth with appointment scheduling
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Valid driver’s license
Bachelor’s degree
Three or more years of experience in a communications or business development position, preferably in a non-profit setting
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint as well as advanced proficiency in Excel formulas and data manipulation

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to quickly develop trusting, productive relationships with staff, vendors and partners
Ability to adhere to tight timetables
Possesses a service mindset
Able to stay calm, composed and professional in pressure situations
Must be willing to travel, including occasional weekend travel

Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities
Conducts all work in an ethical, honest, and professional manner
Ability to work extended hours which may include evening and/or weekend event support as applicable
