Seeking energetic, creative, innovative early childhood educator for leadership position directing the Early Childhood Services of a not for profit Community organization in Queens NY including parenting and toddler programs, nursery school, Universal Pre-kindergarten, enrichment programs and nursery camp. The responsibilities will be to build programs including recruitment and family engagement; hire, mentor, support and evaluate staff; interact with and counsel parents; insure that programs are in compliance and are dedicated to quality improvements and accreditation. The position requires certification in Early Childhood Education or related field as specified by regulation, experience in program development and supervision as well as computer literacy including Word, EXCEL, Outlook and familiarity with social media.
