Provide individual and group testing and evaluation to assess the educational and job readiness needs of CHPA youth. Implement job readiness program for CHPA youth to include resume writing, professional dress, presentation skills and other areas that will prepare them for the job market. Work with CHPA youth to develop and attain short and long term educational and vocational goals. Identify financial aid and employment resources within the community for youth. Establish relationships with employers to facilitate access to jobs for youth. As part of the middle management team, occasionally may serve as Manager on Duty.
Requirements: Undergraduate degree, preferably in education with 2-3 year experience working with youth as a teacher, counselor or facilitator. Must be able to work with youth who may have special needs. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record are required.
