Executive Coordinator Opening

The Opportunity:
The Executive Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support to the President and Co-CEOs of the Pacific Forest Trust (PFT) including regular interaction with the Board of Directors, major donors and partners. The Executive Coordinator manages the exchange of information, streamlines interactions and acts as general organizational support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the schedule and calendar of the President, including coordination of meetings, agendas and materials, and travel arrangements
Provide administrative support to the President, Co-CEOs, Board of Directors, and various departments in the form of scheduling, database management, event planning and donor outreach
Prepare Board Packages, manage logistics for Board Meetings, take minutes
Maintain administrative office space, equipment, records and archives
Adhere to a strong code of ethics when handling sensitive information and performing complex and confidential tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. B.A./S in Environmental Studies, Ecology, or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior level administrative position
1-2 years of experience in philanthropy and special events planning, preferred
Excellent organizational abilities: able to multitask, work independently, meet deadlines
Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy and detail
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Apple and PC software programs for calendaring, database management and research.
Demonstrated experience using fundraising database software- eTapestry and Constant Contact a plus.
