Position: Fashion Design Instructor

Overview: Fashion Design classes for children ages 9-13. Teach students the art of fashion design, outfit-design sketching, how to creatively develop in-style fashion clothing themes.

Responsibilities

Instruct pupils in fahsion design Techniques
Prepare curriculum/lesson plans and establish course goals
Select materials for classes
Observe and evaluate pupil’s work to define student progress or to make suggestions for improvement
May teach students with disabilities

Qualifications

Degree or appropriate amount of experience in fashion design
Previous experience that demonstrates the successful ability to meet position requirements
Good communication and group management skills
Ability to work with children of various grade levels
