Responsibilities

Collaboratively design and implement curricula and activities to meet and exceed academic standards;
Design and use assessment data to refine instructional practices and personalize learning for each student;
Facilitate and own student mastery of academic standards
Implement and support school wide social emotional programming;
Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues;
Approach professional development with commitment and reflection

Qualifications

Proven track record of high achievement in the classroom
Evidence of self-motivation and willingness to be a team player
Valid state teaching credential
Strong alignment with Caliber’s core beliefs and educational philosophy
