Raleigh Charter High School is a free and independent public school chartered by the North Carolina State Board of Education. Since opening its doors in 1999, Raleigh Charter High School has emerged as a nationally recognized leader in active, social and creative learning with its unique school culture, curricular innovations, emphasis on civic education and rigorous college preparatory curriculum. With approximately 550 students and a 19:1 student-to-teacher ratio, students enjoy individualized attention from our caring and talented teachers and college counselors. Raleigh Charter High School has begun a search for an exceptional lead administrator. The ideal candidate would possess:
Extensive high school classroom experience
A graduate degree
Prior experience in administration or advanced degree in education or school administration
North Carolina School Administrator – Principal License is a plus
