Ideaventions® is looking for a full-time Party Manager and STEM Teacher. We are looking for a Party Manager and STEM teacher that is enthusiastic, creative, organized, excellent communicator, passionate about STEM education and is looking to build a career with us. The position is to join our team leading science parties, managing parties and party staff, and teaching STEM labs as part of our K-8 enrichment programs. The position requires strong organization and communication skills in order to coordinate with customers, schedule and manage party staff, and lead our amazing Ideaventions parties.

Possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in science, engineering, or education
Ability to support work schedule that includes Saturdays and Sundays (party days)
Enthusiasm for teaching children
Experience teaching children
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills
Highly organized and professional
Must understand and be able to explain science, engineering and technology concepts
Enjoys leading parties and classes featuring hands-on activities with creative and intellectually curious children
Position requires walking and standing for extended periods of time and physical ability to setup classroom and take class materials to and from schools
