We’re looking for a product designer who can deliver great product experiences for our users and accelerate the long-term vision of our life-changing program.

You’d be responsible for:
+ Developing product scope and direction to ensure alignment with business goals
+ Managing timelines and expectations across the team to ensure timely delivery
+ Conducting user research to gain important product insights
+ Designing user experiences that will engage and retain our users
+ Leading brainstorming and ideation with our team
+ Unifying and balancing the voices of our users and team
+ Communicating big ideas well and syndicating important changes

Sounds like a big role? It is. This is our first dedicated product hire, and you’ll have a strong voice on our team. Our students deserve an incredibly rewarding experience, and we need someone who can deliver that.

Skills needed:*
– Great judgment balancing business goals and outcomes,
– Project management – ie. Jira or similar system
– Wireframing and prototyping
– Keen visual design sensibility
– The panoply of soft skills that makes someone a great teammate, and a very very VERY strong passion for our mission

Nice to have:*
– Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
– Experience with data modeling
– Experience with content management systems
