Job Opportunity

We seek to hire a bright, detail-oriented, and organized individual to work closely with our Family Engagement program team to efficiently and effectively support the implementation of all related initiatives including, but not limited to, jkidphilly,[[http:jkidphilly.org|jkidphilly.org]], and PJ Library in Philadelphia. This is an ideal opportunity to have hands-on experience in an innovative, empowerment-oriented nonprofit organization, and a full-time position.

Remain focused – capably balance multiple assignments.

Responsibilities:

Produce printed and online program materials and collateral.
Generate and send pre- and post-program communications, surveys, and texts.
Upload program information and content to various online calendars and websites.
Plan and execute logistics for programs and events and keep track of evaluation data.
Enter and maintain accurate data in communications and program databases.
Liaise with vendors who operate program support systems (IT, website hosts, printers, etc.).
Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience required.
Relevant college degree required.
Proficiency with using Apple computers, Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
High comfort with using the Internet.
Experience using email tools such as Constant Contact and/or MailChimp.
Experience using contact relationship management systems such as Salesforce.
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Passion for the mission of Jewish Learning Venture is a plus.
