Job Description: Program Associate

Under the direction of an Ed Partners’ manager, director, or senior partner, the Program Associate is responsible for supporting collaborations individually and across the organization through program, meeting, and cross-organization support. Program Associates also contribute as an active member of cross-organization teams and works collaboratively with other staff to advance program and organizational goals. Program Associates at the senior level may be responsible for a broader range of these responsibilities and/or function with less supervision.

Key Areas of Responsibility Include but Not Limited To:

Program Support

Support Program Leads, provide information management and act as lead for technology implementation and support.

Typical Duties:

Maintain program information, including users and contacts, meeting documentation (including video and photographs), program calendars and other relevant data
Assist with development and analysis of program outcome data and surveys
Use technologies to record data and advance program goals
Create and maintain online resources, including user and program specific information

Meeting Support (In Person and Virtual)

Act as support for coordinating, planning and production of meetings and events in support of collaborations and internal org-wide.

Typical Duties:

Manage meeting planning and logistics, both internal and external, including: agendas, materials, attendance, website updates and serve as point of contact for vendors
Assist Program Managers through process of determining meeting requirements and post-meeting assessments as necessary
Assist as needed with event facilitation and documentation through notes and pictures

Cross Organizational Support

Assists with the development and maintenance of cross organizational tools and process to support the success of collaborations and to insure consistency org-wide.

Typical Duties:

Documents best practices and works to assist in implementing across the organization
Works with all Ed Partners’ staff to support collaboration and internal program needs as they arise

Additional desired background: experience in Mathematics education.
