Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch is a guest ranch near Estes Park, CO. The ranch runs programs for high school students. We are currently looking for a Program Facilitator to live on the property and provide support to the high school students that attend our various programs on the ranch. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, energetic, and as passionate for the great outdoors as they are for doing great work.

Program Facilitator Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch is looking for a Facilitator to support and manage our educational programs for high school aged students at our ranch in Allenspark, Colorado. Room and Board is provided for this position. The Facilitator coordinates our program and provides support to staff and to students that visit our ranch. This position is a year seasonal position and will start January 2016.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Follow Pathways’ guidelines to hire, train, and supervise ranch staff.
Evaluate staff performance and serve as contact person for problem resolution or guidance.
Conduct in-service training programs and supervise new staff development.
Assist Programs Supervisor in identifying and grooming new supervisor candidates.
Perform other functions and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional, mature and experienced working with a wide range of populations
Experience with at-risk youth
Teaching, counseling or prior facilitating experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Ability to present and engage large groups
Minimum Bachelors degree
Excellent organizational skills
Prefer a current teaching credential

COMPENSATION: $36K + room & board + full benefits after waiting period
