Since 2003, Resources to Inspire Students and Educators (RISE, formerly RICH) has helped more than 1000 students raise their test scores and academic grades. Come be part of this tradition!

RISE is looking for a person with at least ten years’ experience teaching reading to help tutor students at the Maya Angelou Young Adult Learning Center (YALC). Students will need help with reading and other basic academic needs. RISE is looking for someone with experience teaching inner city students as well as teaching most non-quantitative subjects. We are looking for someone who can work for fifteen hours/week.
