Position Summary

The Student Services/Executive Assistant Intern’s primary responsibility is the management of evaluation data and to provide general administrative support services.

Essential Duties

Maintain program participant files, track status of participants, maintaining participants’ information in chosen database, collect and record feedback and evaluation of trainings, recordkeeping and reporting, and other tasks as needed.

Set-up a database to track participants and manage evaluation system.
Create online portal for participant applications.
Coordinate all background checks for volunteers.
Provide Administrative support to Garden CEO including answering phone, managing calendars, making travel arrangement, preparing documents & presentation and preparing expense reports.
Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies for the office, ensuring that all equipment is working, maintaining an organized and tidy office space, and general office administration.
Manage and prioritize flow of incoming and outgoing communication (e.g. sorting and prioritizing email, requests, calls, etc.)
Provide support and follow-up for internal and external meetings.
Support and contribute to special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in donor database software and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
