S.F. non profit seeking a part time (20-hours per week w/ benefits) Maintenance Technician to perform a wide variety of compex, semi-skilled maintenance duties requiring knowledge of trade skills such as carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and painting. Familiarity with the repair and maintenance of HVAC, boilers, elevators, refrigeration and fire alarm systems. This person will work under the direct supervision of our Building and Projects Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of prior Maintenance Technician experience, the abilities to prioritize, multi task, follow directions and provide lead direction to Maintenance Assistants.
