Long standing, San Francisco, social service non-profit seeks a full time Maintenance Technician to perform a wide variety of semi skilled duties at our four sites located in the City. Responsibilities require knowledge of trade skills such as carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and painting. Familiarity with the repair and maintenance of HVAC, boilers, elevators, refrigeration and fire alarm systems. This person will work under the direct supervision of our Building and Projects Manager and will possess a minimum of 5 years of prior Maintance Tech. experience, as well as, the abilities to prioritize, multi task, follow directions and provide lead direction to Maintenance Assistants.
