Love Never Fails is seeking a part time House Manager on nights and weekends for our I AM House of restoration.

House Managers manage the daily program for five women and up to 10 children according to an established schedule. The House Manager is responsible to support the program members as they pursue the program structure. They will also observe scheduling challenges and work with leadership to correct areas that need fine tuning as the program is solidified.

House Managers must be professional, reliable, and proactive in their communication with residents, leadership, service providers, volunteers, and partnering agencies. They must be proactive and dynamic with an ability to manuever around changes and obstacles encountered during daily life. House Managers must be able to follow instructions and possess the highest levels of integrity to ensure the safety of all residents and program staff/volunteers. House Managers must be positive and full of love for themselves and others.

Hands on experience with human trafficking, trauma, drug and alcohol, and domestic violence are a must. All House Managers are required to have 40 hrs of human trafficking training and pass a background check.

Proficient use of the Internet, email and cell phones are a must to communicate with program staff.
