This position is responsible for: (1) delivering CPCA’s Outreach & Enrollment Support; (2) researching, reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing communications and reports from external sources; (3) supporting outreach and marketing efforts for CaliforniaHealth+; (4) contributing to CPCA’s social media, marketing, and video activities; and (5) providing support for CPCA’s training program and other special projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Outreach & Enrollment
Facilitate and support the Outreach & Enrollment Peer Network.
Provide technical assistance to CPCA members for Outreach & Enrollment support.
Monitor meetings, updates, and information from Covered California.
Interface with Covered California staff to represent the interests of health centers.
Research & Analysis
Review and summarize reports or other communications from external sources.
Conduct research for CPCA communications projects and collateral.
Conduct prospect research to identify potential funding opportunities.
Outreach & Marketing for CaliforniaHealth+
Provide support for CaliforniaHealth+ branding work.
Contribute to and update CPCA and CaliforniaHealth+ website content and social media.
Attend Branding Team meetings.
CPCA Social Media & Marketing
Support the implementation of marketing events and promotions tactics for CPCA service lines, programs, and products.
Contributes to marketing materials, collateral, and announcements as needed.
Support and maintain tracking mechanisms to measure results and success of social media and marketing activities.
Training Program
Provide administrative support for CPCA events and trainings.
Coordinate on-site, off-site, and web-based meetings, as needed.
Host webinars for trainings, as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Attends and participates in all staff meetings of the Association.
Reports regularly to the Deputy Director of Development & Training and the Assistant Director of Communications and Events.
Participates in Association events and represents the Association as requested.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of three years’ experience in project management. A working knowledge ACA Outreach and Enrollment regulations and activities preferred.
