Little Flower Children and Familiy Services of New York seeks an Administraive Director of Health Care Management. This role is accountable for care coordination, an essential role in the patient experience by directing, planning, emplimenting, and evaluating all activities of the Care Coordination Program.
The Administrative Director will oversee staff implementation of best practices in utlization of servcies, recommends process improvements, and act as a liaison to regulatory agencies. The Administrative Director will act as the Little Flower liaison to the Collabortive for Children and Families (CCF) Health Home and eventually to the Manageed Care Organizations (MCOs).
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the operation and the rules and regulation governing the manage care program operation.
Knowledge of management, planning, and budgeting.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Health Care Mangement or related field required.
Prior Health Home/Managed Care experience preferred.
Minimum of 7 years administrative care managment experience, including 5 years supervisory experience required.
Certifided Care Manager (CCM) or Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHCQ) preferred.
Travel Requirements:
Periodic travel is required to all LF offices and any meeting held in NYC or the surrounding regions. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vechicle are needed.
