BronxWorks’ Jackson Avenue Family Residence seeks a Case Management Supervisor to facilitate social service delivery for homeless families and to supervise case management staff in a Tier II shelter setting. An LMSW is required or must be obtained within three (3) months of hire date. Supervisory and case management experience along with knowledge of resources for housing, mental illness, public assistance, domestic violence and substance abuse is strongly recommended.
