Case Manager – Compass Housing Alliance – Seattle, WA

POSITION: Provide supportive crisis counseling and housing case management for residents in a transitional housing program for women. Assess client needs and provide information and referral. Support clients to set weekly, monthly and longer-term goals. The case manager is responsible for cooperative program planning and coordination of services for program residents within the Compass Housing Alliance and with outside agencies.

PROGRAM: Since 1999, Cascade Women’s Program has provided a safe place to live and access to vital resources for homeless women in Seattle. The sobriety-intended program provides 32 units of transitional housing for women, along with case management and support from a skilled, compassionate staff. Residents may stay in the program for up to one year while working to overcome barriers to housing.

STATUS: Full Time, Non-Exempt

HOURS: 38.5 Hours per Week

SCHEDULE: Tuesday – Saturday

SALARY: DOE and within Compass ranges
