Sea Mar Behavioral Health Services is seeking a full time Program Manager for its growing Child & Family Services program in Everett.

The Program Manager is responsible for the administrative oversight and clinical supervision of the Child & Family clinical and support staff; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; quality assurance; hiring and appraising performance and other administrative duties; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a partial case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed.

Qualifications: Must possess a Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences. LMHC, LMFT, or other related licensure required.

Experience in business or management highly preferred.

Experience in children’s services preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish also preferred, but not required.
