Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full time Clinical Director.
This dynamic, dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated individual will provide direct oversight of the clinical services provided to our students. This Administrator will work in tandem with the Program Director and Administrative team toward a shared vision of the school and to bring Pelham Academy’s clinical services to an elite level among its competitors. Job duties include but are not limited to: direct oversight and supervision of all clinical services provided including individual, family and group therapies and unique therapies provided including, ARC, Neurofeedback and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy, Expressive Therapies, supervision of clinicians, leadership of trauma informed services throughout the school.
Requirements:
Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, PsyD, etc.), Spanish-speaking is a plus and supervisory and leadership experience is preferred. Experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership skills required. Knowledge of, experience with and belief in Trauma informed treatment a must. Strong boundaries and sound ethics required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package included.
