Job description
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technical Lead will have a vital role on a dynamic, cross-functional team that is responsible for implementing and enhancing CRM best practices at Mia. The CRM Technical Lead will serve as a Salesforce Administrator, and will provide training and support across the museum to enable staff to gain insights from customer data, provide personalized service and develop effective visitor experiences across all audiences.
In this role, you will…
Drive CRM implementation and adoption, both technical and business process aspects.
Establish and maintain best practices in CRM methodology.
Serve as Salesforce Administrator at Mia including building and enhancing business processes that improve the functionality of the Salesforce platform and CRM practices across the museum.
Serve as primary liaison between MAT and other museum divisions on CRM practice.
Help to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems and expedite solutions.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to help Mia build strategy and make decisions based on data.
Specific Requirements
College degree or equivalent work/technical experience.
Three to five years[[http:Salesforce.com|Salesforce.com]] experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and administration with a[[http:Salesforce.com|Salesforce.com]] Admin Certification.
Proficiency with all MS Office applications (advanced Excel skills a plus).
Knowledge of and experience with relational databases and data integration tools.
Experience with data management, transformation, cleaning and de-duplication.
Ability to estimate time to complete tasks and meeting deadlines set by those estimates.
