JOB TITLE: HOPE Center Customer Service Administrator
DEPARTMENT: HOPE Inside Ebenezer – Cyber Cafe
ACCOUNTABILITY: Reports to Southeast District Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Identify, recruit potential customers for soft banking services. initiate Cyber Cafe Memberships, and manage all program, database and central filing systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but is not limited to the following. Additional duties may be assigned.
Data Entry Database Management Answer phones Maintain Central Filing Systems Telemarketing Customer Follow-up Collect and complete Field Operation and program reports. Facilitate HOPE Center Lead Policy and Procedures Create and update customers files for all HOPE Center Field Operation Programs Support HOPE Center Program Workshops/Classes Photo copy, display and distribute HOPE Center collaborative material. General office administrative duties Assist in the reconciliation of cash and deposit verification for HOPE Center Cyber Café daily report (Opening, Midday, and Closing) Provide support and cross train others in all Cyber Café, CSA responsibilities Oversee Cyber Café Membership program Troubleshoot and Assist Cyber Café Members on the Computers Ability to articulate the mission, objectives and programs of Operation HOPE
SKILLS Must have strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Must have experience in working with Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and managing a Database. Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Must have a minimum of two (2) years work experience in Customer Service.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIRMENTS High School Diploma, 2 years General office experience preferred. Certified Computer training is a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS- English (Spanish is a plus)

WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to walk, stand, sit, and talk on the phone for long periods of time. The position demands flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
HOPE Center Administrator is required to meet specific goals that are determined by Operation HOPE, Direct Supervisor will review specific goals that have been set for the position.
