Radical, progressive religious non-profit seeks a temporary (six months with potential for permanent) part-time (20 – 25 hours a week) Director of Organizational Development.

Rebel & Divine is a ministry dedicated to building a community that encourages health & wholeness for homeless, LGBTQ, at-risk youth and young adults. The organization has been featured nationally on NPR and in local media outlets.

This position is reports to the Board of Directors:

Primary Duties:
Develop organizational stability & development

Develop and lead fundraising strategy

Grant Writing
Ability to speak on behalf of the organization to groups, businesses and faith communities

Qualifications
Passion for serving at-risk youth and in particular the LGBTQ community
Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced training preferred
Proven fund raising experience

Experience in organizational development and working with a non-profit boards of directors

Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Salary provided – $1,650 per month, no cash benefits, local hire no relocation
